AUJS NSW AGM 2020 Join us to elect the 2021 NSW Regional Executive at the 2020 AGM! The 2020 Annual General Meeting for AUJS NSW will take place at 1pm on Sunday 13th September 2020 at a location in the eastern suburbs. What the AGM is At the AGM you can look forward to reports by the 2020 NSW Executive, Constitutional amendments, elections to the NSW Executive, and some delicious snacks and refreshments. Elections will be held for the following Executive positions (subject to constitutional amendments): 🙋🏻 President 💁🏻 Vice President 💵 Treasurer 🥳 Events Officer 🤳🏼 Marketing Officer 🗳 Political Affairs Officer 🧑💻 Secretary 🕍 Jewish Engagement Officer 📢 Campaigns and Education Officer 🧑🎓 Leadership and Development Officer Nominees for these positions will be able to make speeches as follows: President – 5 minutes max Vice President – 4 minutes max All other positions – 3 minutes max The Returning Officer for the AGM is Joshua Kirsh. Register here: Loading… The Important Stuff To nominate for a position, please complete the Executive Nomination Form and send it to the Returning Officer via email. There will be copies at the AGM. Persons intending to run for an Executive position, or wishing to hold votes, must be a financial member of AUJS NSW or an affiliated campus organisation in 2020. Votes will be allocated to campuses according to the formula contained in the AUJS NSW Constitution. Any proposed amendments to the Constitution must be submitted in writing to the Returning Officer by 7pm Sunday 6th September.
