Members from near and far, from Caulfield and elsewhere... You are hereby invited to attend the AUJS Victoria AGM, 2017. 

The 2017 Annual General Meeting for AUJS Victoria will take place at 6.00pm on Tuesday 3rd October 2017 at Beth Weizmann.

What is the AGM?
At the AGM you can look forward to reports by the 2017 Victorian Executive, Constitutional amendments, elections to the Victorian Executive, and some delicious snacks and refreshments.

Elections will be held for the following Executive positions:
Vice President
Political Affairs Director
Education Officer
Social Officer
Religious Officer
Schools Engagement Officer

Nominees for these positions will be able to make speeches as follows:
President – 6 minutes
Vice President – 5 minutes
All other positions – 4 minutes

The Returning Officer for the AGM is Lexi Kowal ( 

The Important Stuff:
To nominate for a position, please complete the Executive Nomination Form (below) and send it to the Returning Officer via email. There will be copies at the AGM however these will not be accepted later than 6.30pm.

Persons intending to run for an Executive position, or wishing to hold votes, must be a financial member of AUJS Victoria or an affiliated campus organisation in 2017. Votes will be allocated to campuses according to the formula contained in the AUJS Victoria Constitution. See the copy of the current Constitution below.

Any proposed amendments to the constitution must be submitted in writing to the Returning Officer by 11.59am on Tuesday 19th September 2017.
