The AUJS Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the time to reflect on the past year and to plan for the future. 

Join us in Melbourne, Victoria from Monday, August 26th - Wednesday, August 28th 2019 to elect the next Executive, review our Constitution and decide our direction for the coming year.

The AGM 2019 proceedings are as follows: 

August 26th, 7 pm: Opening Function 
August 27th, 9am-5pm: Annual reports and policy discussions and constitutional amendments
August 27th, 8 pm: Bowling 
August 28th, 9am-5pm: 2020 Executive Elections

The AGM is free, and flight subsidies will be given to interstate and international visitors who attend the full conference. This ensures that Jewish student leaders from across Australia and New Zealand can join us and have their say on our union's direction and leadership for the next year.

Constitutional Amendments and Position Nominations are due to be submitted to the Returning Officer (returningofficer@aujs.com.au) by Monday, 12th August. Acceptance of any nominations received after this date will be solely at the discretion of the returning officer. 

The Assembly will begin at 7:00 PM on Monday 26th August 2019 in Melbourne, Victoria. 

Flight subsidies (maximum per return trip):
NSW/ACT/SA: $200
QLD/TAS: $250 
WA/NZ: $400

*Please note that AUJS will not subsidise flight extras including baggage and seat selection. The number of subsidies available are limited and will only be provided to participants staying for the entire duration of the conference. One flight subsidy per person.*
