Israel Week Press Release
15 May 2008 AUJS Israel Week took place from May 5th-15th on over 20 campuses around Australia and New Zealand. Many of the Universities had their Israel Week celebrations culminating on Yom Ha'atzmaut. Campuses supplied students with among many things Israeli food and drink, BBQ's and Yom Ha'atzmaut Birthday cake.
MyIsrael Video Competition Winner!!
10 April 2008 AUJS is excited to announce that Joshua Belinfante with his video of his AUJS Academy experience has won the competition. For his hard work he is going on a trip to Washington DC to attend the annual conference of the American Jewish Committee.

24 January 2008 AUJS is partnering with American Jewish Commitee (AJC) in an exciting new project to celebrate Israel's upcoming 60th Independence anniversary.

Statement from the Burnett Family
29 January 2008 Dear Family, Friends and Colleagues, As you will by now know, David Burnett died in a tragic accident overseas in Petra, Jordan, on 22nd January 2008 (local time).
Tragic News from Jordan
23 January 2008 The Australasian Union of Jewish Students has today learnt of the tragic passing of David Burnett, former National Vice-President (2007) and former New South Wales president (2006) while holidaying in Jordan.
